Sometimes it’s hard to move our bodies after a long night of dancing, partying or simply staying up too late. This yoga class is designed to stretch your body and feel good without working too hard or exhausting an already tired system.
A new way of approaching the same old neck stretched we’ve always done. Plus a guided self massage. This is the first time I’ve incorporated my massage background into these videos. Please comment with your feedback! If y’all like it, I can always do more 😉
Spend a few minutes warming up to avoid that "pumpy" feeling half way up your first route. This class focuses on opening the hips and loosening the wrists.
“I was raised to believe that yoga is sacred. It should not have a set monetary value and it should never be exclusively available to only those who can afford it. This belief is the driving force behind why my classes are “by donation”.
In the pandemic I started recording yoga classes and posting them to my YouTube channel. While the workload has more than doubled, the donations have vanished. I suppose since the social obligation of dropping a few dollars into the donation box is no longer there, people feel they can get away with enjoying the classes for free. Technically they can, but I gently encourage you to do better.
I will continue to provide instructions without a set fee because I believe it is the right thing to do. Just know that if you choose to compensate me for my time spent on this project, you will help me pay my bills and put a smile on my face.”
