These one day retreats are the perfect opportunity to ease yourself into a new activity or step up your game without dealing with the logistics. Running shuttle, renting gear and meal planning is all taken care of, all you need to do is show up and have an amazing day! Every adventure is a balance between exercising your way to a beautiful spot and chilling hard. Yoga is incorporated with the intention of stretching and strengthening the muscles required for that day's activity.
A note about weather: My father has always said, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear.” The weather is insanely unpredictable in these parts and when you only go outside when it’s nice, you risk missing out on an insanely amazing day. For this reason, we will not reschedule due to weather, instead I will recommend gear to improve your day and show you that sometimes the rainy days are the most beautiful.
Experience some of the most beautiful gems in the area through beginner friendly hiking trails. This relaxing day includes a yoga class for all levels, a healthy lunch and guided meditation. Take this time to sloughing off the stress of the past year and reconnect with yourself while immersed in nature. We’ll focus on taking it easy and finding deep breaths throughout the day.
The class 2+ section of the Casselman River is a beautiful and exciting float. Enjoy a fully guided trip with a healthy lunch, riverfront yoga and hang time at the midway swim spot. This is a perfect way for you and your girlfriends to kick off the summer season with an easy adventure. As always, shuttle, inflation and gear will be taken care of for you.
Spend the day in a boulder garden with plenty of options for every climber, beginner - advanced. We provide any needed gear and 3ROC climbing guides will be available to teach, assist or point you in the right direction. Along with an all-levels, climbing specific yoga class, there will be a healthy lunch, lots of snacks, hammocks, blankets, and speakers. This is a “choose your adventure” kind of day, whether you want to climb until your forearms are pumped or pick up a few pointers while chilling out in the woods, it’s going to be fun!
This lazy day includes a gentle float, an all levels yoga class (on or off your board) and lots of hang time. Stand up paddle boarding is one of my favorite, low impact ways to lose the crowds in the summertime. As always, all gear and a healthy lunch will be provided during this yoga meditation retreat
We’ll begin by biking a moderate distance on a gentle trail to a designated spot for swimming, lounging in hammocks and eating really yummy food. We’ll end the day with an all-levels yoga class before heading back to the cars. I love spending the day this way because it’s so relaxing with a little bit of exercise squeezed in. As always, all gear and a healthy lunch will be provided.
