In the six years that I have been self employed I have only used the power of social media to market my business. Massage clients, yoga students, brick and mortar customers and retreat clients have all been reached through facebook and instagram. When the pandemic hit and my physical location closed, I turned my attention towards posting quality content to reach as many people as possible. When requests for partnerships started rolling in, a friend questioned my decision to turn down 99% of them. I explained that if a business’s values did not align with mine and I didn’t absolutely love the product or service, I would not promote it to my audience for a quick buck. Following my heart, intuition, eco friendly and wellness centric beliefs has led me to work with some amazing brands. I am paid to create content for and promote businesses that I truly believe make our world a better place.
my newest and most fun management service! We have seen a huge shift in the marketing industry within the last few years. Brands are starting to fully grasp the power of creators in the social media age and are shifting from traditional marketing techniques to micro influencers as a way of promoting their products and connecting with clients. But as this shifts, small business owners and marketing teams are hitting their limits and tapping out. After discussing the importance of content creation and the lack of existing space to manage affiliates, I began offering my services as an affiliate program manager. Oh my gosh! The need for this is huge right now and it is my opinion that it will only grow. As an APM my duties include, but are not limited to, developing the program, writing copy, outlining deliverables, internal and external communication, optimization as the program continues and being the main point of contact for all affiliates. I absolutely love working with other like minded individuals to help promote brands that I truly believe in, utilizing the power of social media in the creator economy.
